Nordes EMS builds customer trust on a foundation of proven, international quality-management standards. Our management systems are implemented in accordance with four ISO standards and the IPC-A-610 standard — the global benchmark for the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry.
Every stage of electronics production — from incoming component inspection (IQC), through SMT and THT assembly, AOI and X-ray inspection, to functional testing (FCT) and shipment — is covered by strict quality control. Continuous process improvement allows us to meet the demanding requirements of the medical, automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
IPC-A-610 Certified Inspector
Target conditions & tolerances
The standard defines ideal assembly conditions and acceptable tolerances for every SMT/THT joint type — ensuring unambiguous acceptance criteria.
Process-defect identification
IPC-A-610 categorizes non-conformities as process indicators, enabling continuous improvement of production lines before serious defects arise.
Three product classes
Class 1 (general), Class 2 (industrial), Class 3 (critical — medical, aerospace). Nordes manufactures to every class of requirement.
